Dost Pide is an excellent example of a local restaurant that knows what to deliver and how to deliver. What I mean is they have amazing pide offerings and at the same time it comes with consistent quality that you can rely on. I’ve been there three times each in different years and enjoy this same delicious pide taste each time.
Pide is one of the finest foods of Turkish cuisine. However, it is very crucial that a pide is prepared properly. The bread should be baked in a wood-fired oven in such a way that it should be crisp and humid at the same time, and the ingredients should also be perfectly harmonised inside it. The pide I have here is always of high quality. I recommend you to try pide with minced meat and cheese. Or you can also go for straight cheese as well.
Finally, I should also add that the service is also fast and reliable. It’s a simple recipe and a very informal layout but is definitely one of my favourite spots in Cesme.
