Dost Pide is an excellent example of a local restaurant that knows what to deliver and how to deliver. What I mean is they have amazing Pide offerings and at the same time it comes with consistent quality that you can rely on. I’ve been there for 3 times each in different years and enjoy this same delicious pide taste each time.
Pide is one of the finest foods of the turkish cuisine. However it is very crucial that a Pide is prepared properly. The bread should be baked in a wood fired oven in such a way that it should be crisp and humid at the same time and the ingredients should also be perfectly harmonized inside it. The pide I have here is always at high quality. I recommend you to try Pide with minced meat and cheese. Or you can also go for straight Cheese as well.
One additional concept I like most is the serving of Coke with its original cold glass bottle. It’s not a big deal but this way of serving perfectly matches with the food and the hot weather.
Finally I should also add that the service is also fast and reliable.It’s a simple recipe and a very informal layout but is definitely one of my favorites spots in Cesme.
