I love Richmond. It gives me the feel of a Mediterranean Landscape in London terms of course. What you get is a Thames view at its best, a nice coastal walkway, couple of nice restaurants riverside and wonderful parks and gardens. In this setting what impresses me most is the view from Richmond Hill where the Roebuck is located. I’ve only been there couple of times and its sensational panoramic landscape is overwhelming.
The Pub has a cosy interior. The ambiance gives you a traditional pub atmosphere but the beauty of it is you can take your drink outside to the benches and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the hill overlooking the Thames. And once again, the view is spectacular.
