Update to the post: Over the years I bring so many of my friends visiting London to Yauatcha and the reason why I pick Yauatcha is because it is kind of a safe bet for me. And the reason for that is their consistency on delivering good quality food with the level of service we expect from them. In the highly competitive restaurant landscape of Soho where there are ambitious new openings almost constantly, it’s refreshing to see a maturing brand like Yauatcha not losing it’s focus but instead sticking on its true competencies that made them become such a successful brand in the first place. I think this is the right recipe to become a true “classic”.
Yauatcha is among my top picks in London. It serves modern Chinese food served in a fashionable way. The décor is very charming. Food is also excellent. Dim sum’s are yummy and I should say crispy aromatic duck is my favourite item in the menu. You should try desserts as well, they are also heavenly.
